Description
This paper is based on the following questions –
In the first part of your paper, making use of the required reading and lecture material, discuss how the definition of corporate governance has developed and why you think it has developed as you describe it.
In the second part, compare the definition(s) of corporate governance in the first part of the paper and compare them to the various definitions of ‘corporate social responsibility’ in the first part of the course. From your point of view, what are the strengths and weaknesses of these points of view, and why?
