Description
Mentoring sessions in the classroom play an important role in creating an atmosphere that enables the students to look for more. This reflection paper highlights on the interactive sessions I had undergone with my mentor and other participants. The paper focuses on the role of mentor in shaping my career. In order to prove effective, lot of activities were undertaken where mind were lit with a sparkle.
In these mentoring sessions, the students were free to raise questions and mentor gladly addressed to the issues which became a building block in career shaping. The interactive sessions served as a catalyst. The activities conducted in the classroom enabled the students to come out with an analytical mindset to address to the various issues. The mentors at the sessions were from the excellent world class corporations who shared their experience on the issues faced today.
