Globalization and technological developments have made the world a small place. International boundaries are no more as significant as they were when it comes to communication and interaction across borders and cultural. International and intercultural communication and interaction has never been as important as it is today. Business, education, international affairs, environmental affects all demand international and intercultural communication, interaction and co-operation. Therefore it has become highly important to understand international/intercultural communication and interaction.
This report is aimed at reflecting and analyzing the group work exercise for the university with respect to the intercultural issues that aroused during the group work. The author identifies the intercultural issues that arouse during the group work. The author then examines analyses and reflects upon these issues by linking them to theoretical models. Prior to this, the author first explains the various terms that are relevant to the intercultural issues discussed in the report. The author then explains how these experience and knowledge about intercultural communication and interaction can be practically applied to everyday life.
