Description
HR is one of the key functions for any organisation operation. HR is the core function of the operation apart from the core production or service line of the organisation. HR not only begins the organisation flow by recruiting, by training them, by finishing all the on-boarding formalities. There are a few basic and standardized activities that one does in HR like employee management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, payroll, induction etc., which covers ninety percent activities of the human resource and people management task within the organisation. However, apart from this, as the HR and its activities go and take a large or wide spectrum, the incorporations within it grows taking a different shape altogether. Increasing expansion and development in global economy and every country getting open to global development is building up base for many global challenges and amongst all the biggest challenge is Human Resource Management. Therefore, Human Resource is gradually taking a specialized approach in organizations today. Organisations are large in terms of value and volume. Employees are vast and widespread. A specialist approach can only help organizations take a focused approach to employee management and a healthy human resource.
