Description
The key purpose of this research paper is to identify the main reasons behind employee attrition in a specific organization. The key factors namely, intrinsic and extrinsic have to be found out and also through the analysis, the research paper intends to identify the factors which can be controlled by the organization and the independent factors on which the organization has no power of. The purpose of this paper is also to understand the phenomenon of employee turnover and how such turnover can negatively impact the working environment of an organization and further leads to further turnover rate. The paper is aimed at providing reasons to organizations to help them effectively reduce the employee turnover rate.
