Description
The main aim of this paper is to understand the importance of innovation and creativity in an organization. The paper also provides for the scope of the application of innovation and creativity in the organization with which I am associated. Also through the paper various innovation models and creative problem solving process is also outlined. Further a detailed analysis is being made regarding the various barriers to the innovation and creativity in an organization and the various change management strategies to overcome the same are being recommended at the end.
