The concept of international human resource management has received a lot of attention from academic researchers and practitioners. The employees in an international work environment face critical issues related to cultural aspects such as linguistic barriers, power distance, difference in gender preference, uncertainty and issues related to individualism are some of the most common multicultural issues encountered by expatriates on foreign land.
