The term hospitality has become a topic of growing international interest from social sciences perspective. The cultural theme is very closely integrated in Australian food culture. The products served by hotels and restaurants in Australia are a reflection of contemporary adaptations. Since Australia attracts people from across the world, the food and drinks served are a perfect fusion of existing culture and exotic influences by immigrants in Australia.
