Description
In this study a brief analysis of relationship between risk management and corporate governance is undertaken with special focus on the practices adopted in Australia. Firstly the concept and relationship between the two are explored and then a critical analysis of such practices in Australia is undertaken. Finally based on this analysis recommendations are developed followed by conclusion to the study.
