The community agency discussed in this paper is West Care Community Agency for Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment across USA. West Care offers quality health and human services to individuals in a community as a whole. The West Care is a Not for profit organization, offers wide spectrum of health services to the community for a healthy culture. The services are available from children to elderly which includes substance abuse prevention, treatment for domestic violence, addiction treatment and also includes mental health programs for a better life. West Care since its first inception in 1983 is aimed at offering treatment for substance abuse prevention with special focus on the low income groups, who would not be able to afford the treatment otherwise.
