Description

Educational researches help in improvising knowledge impartment to students and understand their behavior and aptitude levels. Researches are conducted for various reasons such as learning abilities as related to ethnical backgrounds, parental influence, societal influence on learning and student behavior in school. The most important part of the research is research question itself. If the researches knows the purpose of the research with clarity, the chances are that the research question more closely defines the research purpose. The research question also paves way to frame survey and interview questions. There are many issues that arise during an education research such as ethical, moral issues. Although, most of the research methods conducted in education are qualitative, of late scholars are appreciating the contribution of quantified data in educational researches. This paper discusses research methodologies, theories, paradigm, ethical issues of educational research.
