This paper answers the following 2 questions –
Q1. Define the term "Due diligence" and discuss how it s relevant to Occupational Health and Safety. Identify general OHS measures that employers should implement in an attempt to comply with legislation and due diligence. Demonsstrate how these measures are applied in the workplace.
Q2. Discuss what a "Safety Case Approach" is and how it assists an employer in establishing a due diligence program. Give relevant workplace examples of how this could be achieved.
