This case study deals with understanding leadership patterns of three leaders namely Richard Branson, Percy Barnevik and David Simon. It throws light on how these leaders practiced distinct form of leadership. It gives insight of strategies followed by them. It’s an attempt to analyze and understand their unique way of leading their employees. It determines their leadership practices that lead to improved organizational performance.
This case study shows how adopting a new way of leadership can bring success to the organization. It clearly reflects the breakthrough leadership practiced by them and why is it important in today’s world.
