Description
The paper discusses the leadership approach in CSEPF and briefs about the management theory which is applied by the company for its leadership approach. The paper then critically analyzes the exiting approach with the best practice of leadership approach in the organizations. In the end it provides recommendations to the organization which would enable them to follow the leadership approach which would allow the organizations to consider the interests of all its stakeholders.
