A few days later, he discussed with you the business opportunities that are available and wishes to explore opening retail stores in some of the Asian countries he visited. You are now selected to head this potential business growth project. Base on the above, select an Asian country of your choice and prepare a business report on your assessment of the business growth project. You have to show extensive research and substantiate your arguments (for and against) in your report and make the necessary recommendations and decisions with good justifications”.
Description
This report carries out a discussion on global retailing in terms of advantages and risks. The report then discusses the economy and market opportunities in Cambodia. The report will further discuss the drivers and barriers to the success of retail business there. The report finally makes recommendations as to whether or not to go ahead with direct investment in retail sector in Cambodia.
