Description
The development in science and technology has changed the way we humans view life. The developments in genetics have helped us the behavioral traits that are embedded in the genes. It is also possible to identify what a future child will be like. In Vitro Fertilization and Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis have made the eugenic selection of embryos possible. Chromosomal abnormalities or inherited genetic abnormalities can now be detected using these technologies. But on future developments these technologies can be used to identify genetic traits such as eye color and hair color. Savulescu has taken it one step ahead and argued that a parent can select the best child possible in the future.
