Ethics is defined as values and principles of an employee or person whereby he/she uses them to govern the decisions and activities that he comes across (Forst & Orris 2002, p.77). When ethics is used in an organization, they represent the principles that are aimed at guiding the organization as it executes certain policies, decisions and programs (Goree 2007, p.89). The reputation and productivity of the company are dependent on the ethical philosophy that the organization uses to run its business activities.
