Description
This report is related to the proposed plan for undertaking a childhood obesity campaign, “Healthy Blossom” by Child Health Organisation, a reputed NGO in Malaysia. This summer camp, obesity campaign is predicted to be launched during the school holidays in November and December and is targeted to the obese and overweight primary school children in the age group of 7-12 years. The aim of the campaign is to make children as well as parents aware of the problems associated with obesity and the ways to curb it. To reach more and more target audience, public relations theories as well as marketing tools like print and social media will be adopted. Feedback from the parents and children would be gained in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign
