Description
Across domains and company stature be it a multinational or any Manufacturing Concern, HR has evolved in its work functionality and grown many folds since years. The proposed study will help to provide an overview about the concept of High performance Working along with that will also provide a brief scenario about how companies in Oman make use of the concept to run their business. The given assignment will also discuss about the different aspects of the HRM among which the focus will be given on three main perspectives which are:
• Selective hiring and sophisticated selection
• Training, learning and development
• Work –life balance
The above mentioned three aspects of HRM are very pivotal for corporal growth as well as success. As a result the HR approaches are pivotal to hold back the workers in an organization for a long period of time. Thus from the above discussion a general idea can be depicted that one of main objective of the study is to identify whether the whole activity of an association get better by following a set of Hr practices. The HRM practices will always provides a constructive impact over the worming of any organization. The proposed study will be in a form of a proposal which will be showed to the MD/ CEO of Oman LNG. Based on the proposed study few recommendations will be offers which will be cost effective in nature and which in the long run will put in some value to the company, Oman LNG.
