Description
The business to be analysed is seafood restaurant set up at the Central Business District (CBD) in
Geelong.
The restaurant will be one of its kinds in Geelong and will be open between 11am to 2pm in afternoon and 6pm to 12 midnight in evening.
The restaurant will be providing “À la carte” as well as “table d'hôte” facilities to the customers visiting the restaurant.
