According to Bisel & Keyton (2007) at times people working in corporate does not find the environment and culture of that organization conducive enough for their personal and professional growth. Due to such a reason they prefer to start up their own business in which they can make use of skills to its maximum without any restrictions being imposed.
In order to change the corporate culture management of the organization needs to put in great efforts. Leaders have to ensure that the change process does not hamper the productivity of the organization.
