Description
This report is based on the following requirement -
The purpose of this assignment is to understand how creative and innovative management systems are built and run in organizations.
Scenario
You are a senior project manager at a global organization that specializes in designing clean-up strategies for contaminated properties. Lately you came to know that there were clients eager to sell their properties. You saw an opportunity in the real estate business for your organization. Since then you have implemented creative and innovative management processes in order to optimize this lucrative opportunity. You recently mentioned to your CEO that you have a business opportunity that you want to discuss with him. He has asked you to prepare and submit a report with all your executions to date, for his consideration and approval. In your report include the following:
