Description
One of the main notions of the study is to provide a brief overview of the topic related to the theory of the conflict between industrial relations and human resources management. Today the concept of HRM and IR has got a lot of recognition. The concept of IR and HRM is very different from one another IR is mainly related with the different types of laws associated with the labor on the other hand HRM is fully related to the management of human resource. The given study will help to get an idea about the different approaches of IR and HRM with that an idea will also be generated about the main contrasting element between these two. The approach of this concept is differently used based on the type and nature of the organization. HR is simply related to a role that is being designed by the company to increase the workers performance on the other hand IR is concept which helps the organization to take action as well as make the employee understand about different rules and regulation that a company follows in the long run. In the subsequent parts of this study a thorough literature review will be provide for IR and HR along with that the main contrast and conflict between these two ideas will be highlighted.
