Description

The company in question is Subway, a leading brand in restaurants and fast food. Subway has a strategic location and lies in the commercial district of the city. With rowing food consciousness among the people for healthy and fresh foods has increased the demand for dishes served at Subway. Customer satisfaction and customer service are integral to any organization and keeping in mind the customer satisfaction, the services offered at Subway have been analyzed to understand there statement of service and definition of quality offered to clients. In the era of globalization, organizations are trying to achieve the company’s vision and mission statement by offering the best service quality to customers in many different ways. The paper is a critical analysis of services offered at Subway which differentiates itself from the competitors. The service organization in question is Subway where I happened to taste the food and provided an opportunity for them to serve us in the best possible manner. The report also underlines the fact that how important service quality is for customer satisfaction and recommend ways so as to improve the service quality at fast food restaurants.
Customer satisfaction as it can be best judged by product usage but also can be highlighted in terms of service quality which is explained in the later parts of the paper. Last week, I happened to visit Subway which is in the adjoining suburb has an amazing ambience and services offered are as per the customer satisfaction. Excellence in customer service plays an important role in meeting up with the perceived performance. To justify the paper various services such as cleanliness of the outlet, 24x7 services, online services of ordering, waiting time in the queue and drive in facilities are some of the services I happened to enjoy at Subway.
