Description

This report consists of three parts besides Introduction and Conclusion. First part explains the risk management process with consultation regarding the problem. This has to be logically followed by a contextualization of the risk. Second part follows with measures how organisation can identify and characterize the risk involve in the company. It explains how should risk be identified and categorized in order to ensure its speedy and effective management. Finally, the last part is based on certain recommendations which directs organisation to evolve risk management as a healthy process that will help amplifying the growing business competition along with the subsequent rise in the risk involved.
