This report is based on the following requirement - - Produce a report to answer the following questions:
- Drawing on your experience consider how realistic is it for managers to try and change organisational culture.
- Discuss the proposition that ' in times of change, conflict between individuals and groups is inevitable.'
- Discuss the pros and cons of using external change agents compared to internal ones.
- Your answers should be presented in report format and be suitably referenced using relevant academic sources. You are expected to apply the theories and concepts studied in the module, The emphasis should be on analysis, critical evaluation and synthesis, avoiding an overly descriptive approach. Your report should not exceed 2500 words, excluding appendices.
