The various other concepts and sub-processes that are involved in the above and they are procurement planning, solicitation, supplier selection, contract administration and closing, FOB, freight absorption, landed costs, freight consolidation, carrier selection, fleet sizing, etc. Also the company must take into consideration the various cultural, political, social, economical and legal differences into consideration.
