It is often noted that implementation is the most difficult aspect of strategic management. With reference to your organisation, how might this be the case?

You must present recommendations on how strategy implementation/execution could be enhanced within the business, public sector or not-for-profit organisation where you work.
As before, you are requested to name the organisation that is the focus of your research.
