This report will critically discuss what HPW is and why it has become such a hot topic in the recent years. Nine key areas of HR practices have been identified in literature that are critical for HPW and 3 of those will be discussed in context with Oman Investment & Finance Co (OIFC). The report will also make recommendations and propose an action plan to increase the performance of OIFC.
