Description

The study shows that applying various methods of motivation, it helps in the project management of any organization (here, Honda, a top company in Japan). However, there are certain critics in the application of the theory in the practical world, still it is very much beneficial and inspiring for both skilled and unskilled (here, Tom and Harriet respectively) workers. Also in this global competitive environment, effective leadership style is necessary to reduce the failure of assigned projects to some organizations. From the effective leadership styles only it is possible to achieve organizational goal productively. Leadership styles affect on the employee performance and productivity. However, for performing these actions a project is made accordingly and a group of people responds in a different way which is not good for an organization’s reputation. Thus leadership style is taken into the course for a better communication process and motivation towards the subordinates to do the best for their project.
