This essay is based on the following requirement - - Critically analyse the relationship between organizational behavior and human resource management practices in an organization of your choice. This could be a current or past place of work. If you have no work experience, you can do this by research. Please discuss this option with your lecturer.
- Your essay should address the following points:
1. How does HRM apply organisational behaviour theories to shape the organisations?
2. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of this.
3. Make recommendations for an HR Department that will address any weaknesses you have identified. If you believe there are no weaknesses explain why the current practice is good.
