- 1. Identify service product or delivery innovations introduced in a related service indutry that you think can be used in a service business like your organisation e,g, using automatic online sales, CRM tools, call centre automation, online reservtion, etc.
- 2. Draw out the key points of these latest developments. Focus on why they are salient and will add value for your clients.
- 3. Evaluate these developments and recommend how the delivery aspects can be included as part of the improved service offering to your clients
- 4. Develop a positioning and marketing program for the newly improved service with the target market in mind.
