This report is based on the following requirement - - You have been assigned by your CEO to write a report outling your recommendation for a new service that will be added on to the portfolio of services provided by your organisation. This new service can be an extension of an existing service. The report is to be delivered to the CEO.
- The objectives of this report are to:
- 1. Identify service product or delivery innovations introduced in a related service indutry that you think can be used in a service business like your organisation e,g, using automatic online sales, CRM tools, call centre automation, online reservtion, etc.
- 2. Draw out the key points of these latest developments. Focus on why they are salient and will add value for your clients.
- 3. Evaluate these developments and recommend how the delivery aspects can be included as part of the improved service offering to your clients
- 4. Develop a positioning and marketing program for the newly improved service with the target market in mind.
