In light of the above statement:
A. The proposals for reform that have been laid out in the government proposals contained in the “Blueprint to Deliver a World-class Workplace Relations Service” (found at www.workplacerelations.ie in the Publications section) to be critically treated. (1400 to 1500 words)
B. By way of primary research interview a practitioner with respect to the effectiveness of the existing system and their opinions on the proposed reforms. (800 words)
The total maximum word count of 2500 words excludes appendix and bibliography. All work is to be clearly referenced ( Harvard Style) in the bibliography and the appendix section of the assignment.
