- Task description: The student and unit coordinator will identify a supply chain scenario for the report. The student will write a thorough report describing the overall design and management of a supply chain for a perishable food product produced in Australia and shipped to an international destination. The report will describe supply chain nodes, actors/decision-makers, information streams, associated regulatory and market access criteria, implementation of risk management tools, corrective actions should undesirable events occur in the supply chain, and any other relevant activities in the supply chain necessary to ensure a safe and quality food product.
