The purpose of this assignment is to select and research a company noted on Canada’s Top 100 Employers list and consider how the organization’s vision, mission and strategies have been integrated to address the changing conditions posed by the external environment. Describe the firm’s competitive advantage and how the organization manages its supply chain(s). Describe the types of flexible working options available to its workforce. Organizations that are noted as one of Canada’s Top 100 employer’s are considered progressive and forward-thinking. A significant amount of information can be found on company website.

What is the relationship between the organization’s vision, mission and strategy statements?
Articulate why the organization was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
Describe the firm’s competitive advantage and how the organization manages its supply chain(s).
Describe the types of flexible working arrangements/options available to the firm’s workforce.
Is the organization progressive and forward-thinking? Justify your answer.
The answers to these questions should be communicated in a 2500 word paper. Your paper should include an introduction and a conclusion along with body paragraphs that provide answers to each of the questions. The paper must also include an executive summary and an appendix is appropriate.
