2. Draw out the key points of these latest developments. Focus on why they are salient and will add value for your clients.
3. Evaluate these developments and recommend how the delivery aspects can be included as part of the improved service offering to your clients
4. Develop a positioning and marketing program for the newly improved service with the target market in mind.
