reference to your organisation, how might this be the case?

As before, you canusefully access books and relevant journal articles from the sources listed under 'Recommended
additional reading' in this Subject Outline.
Use your own reading to inform your critical evaluation of implementation within the business,
public sector or not-for-profit organisation where you work.
You must present recommendations on how strategy implementation/execution could be enhanced
within the business, public sector or not-for-profit organisation where you work.
As before, you are requested to name the organisation that is the focus of your research.
If you wish to make a case for maintaining the anonymity of the organisation (e.g. due to political or
commercial sensitivities), contact your subject coordinator before starting on this
assignment.
Rationale
Completion of this assessment should facilitate the development of a good understanding of what is involved in the process of strategic implementation.
This assignment serves a number of purposes.
It brings theory and practice into play through critical evaluation of implementation in the business, public sector or not-for-profit organisation where you work.
In doing so, it furthers your knowledge of strategic management and your ability to
apply theory to practice.
It also compels you to look beyond current practice, to what could be
through the provision of recommendations for the enhancement of strategy implementation.
