- This assignment will analyze the case study - Mora than a Pay cheque and will include answers to the following questions on the case study -
1) Critically discuss the content models of Maslow, Alderfer & Herzberg and explain why Nathan Greene was unhappy despite his high income?
2) Explain the "motivation problem" that may exist in terms of the Equity theory of Work motivation and indicate how equity can be restored.
