- Install Sql Server 2012 for SharePoint 2010 on a Windows Server 2008R2 Virtual machine (workstation 8);
1.Sql Server 2012 Evaluation,SharePoint 2010 and SP1,Office 2010 and all the relevant downloads and packs have been download and installed,in a Virtual Machine,Virtual Machine file can be provided;
2.First,Install and config Active Directory Users and Computers for Windows server 2008R2, install Domain Controller,Create a domain and two domain user account with administrator permission to deploy on Sql Server Analysis Services;
3.Fix Application Server Error ID 10016 in Server Manager;
4.Install Office 2010;
5.Install SharePoint 2010 and SP1,Don't start Start SharePoint 2010 Products Configuration Wizard;
6.Install Sql Server 2012 Server feature Installation,select "Tabular Mode" to install Analysis services,Database engine config:Select mixed mode (Sql server Authentication and Windows Authentication);
7.Install Sql Server 2012 Server PowerPivot for Sharepoint Installation,deploy one of Domain User Accounts mentioned above ,in Server Configuration/service accounts, the user must be with administrator permission;
8.Start SharePoint 2010 Products Configuration Wizard,fix installation errors;
9.The Sharepoint and sql server 2012 must be working well,otherwise the assignment will be regarded as failed;
10.The virtual machine files can be provided,assignment writer also can use his own files to complete the assignment,but must be under Sql Server 2012,Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 environment,and provide the Virtual Machine files and can be played at VMware, workstation 8 at least;
