1. Evaluate how the following impact on the success or failure of your selected organisation:

b. Leadership
c. Culture
d. Technology - 40 marks
2. Using Porter’s generic competitive strategies examine the current position of your chosen organization and critically assess why you would agree/disagree with their current strategic position. -30 marks
3. Assuming you were part of the management team, discuss how you will improve the following performance indicators for your organization:
(i) Profitability (ii) Staff motivation - 30 marks
