Tips :World Custodial Agencies (WCA) is a privatized enterprise vendor for prison management, which was formerly Transcourt, a state-owned enterprise. After transformation of the organization, two groups of employees formed are the new WCA staff and Courties. Courties are the remaining Transcourt staffs who had decided to stay and accepted contracts with WCA. Violent confrontation happened between the two groups.
