The bank has 58 branches, 133 ATMs and 52 CDMs across the nation (Bank Dhofar, 2016). The bank works with the vision ‘the best bank for you’ and constantly work on providing innovative products and services to the customers of all segments (Bank Dhofar, 2016). This report discusses impact of high performance working practices on the performance of organizations. The report then discusses the high performance working practices adopted by Bank Dhofar and provides recommendations to further enhance their performance.
