Description
Organizational success and sustainability depends on the internal elements and its efficiency. With rapidly developing technology there is increasing consumer demands and competition, which require organizations to be highly responsive. Various organizational elements play an important role in organization’s success and failure. The elements include structure, strategy, performance of human resource etc., which have to be analysed to address a problem situation or to take advantage of an opportunity. A systems approach to solving a problem situation is suited to solve organizational problems since it allows considering various aspects, which has led to the issue and provides an effective solution. TRA a government authority responsible for implementing regulations and policies in provision of services related to telecommunication. TRA’s internal environment and its approach towards the business has created dissatisfaction among customers and employees due to inefficiencies in various organizational elements. The systems approach along with the management frameworks allow analysis and identification of the problem situation and also enable arriving at an effective solution by analysing the related elements and choosing from the alternatives, which suits the best to the organizational context.
