A problem situation or an opportunity can be analysed effectively using systems approach since it enables find a holistic solution. Majan Electricity irrespective of the growing business has been facing issue of increasing dissatisfied customers as well as increase in dissatisfaction among employees. A hard system approach is used to analyse the problem situation in Majan Electricity, which enables effective analysis of the problem. Soft systems approach on the other hand involves many stakeholders and different perspectives in the problem analysis. To further analyse the elements of the organization soft system approach is used, which enabled to identify strengths and weakness of the organization. The identification of the gaps in the elements using various management frameworks enabled to arrive at an optimum solution of bringing change sin systems and processes and human resource management practices.
