Description

Net Neutrality could be explained as a code of standard where all the traffics that are found in the internet are treated equally. It emphasis on the fact that the public information network should treat its platforms, sites and content without any discrimination between them. The opportunities are provided equally to all its users irrespective of the purpose for which it is being used. For example a big business magnet who is delivering a speech to all his key stake holders would be given the same opportunity that is given to a mother who is taking about her kids (Nicholas 2005). Here the thing to be noted is that a business magnet who uses the internet for a commercial purpose is no longer treated to be on a partial basis than a mother who is using the internet for a non commercial purpose.
Cloud computing is related to a particular style of computing where the huge information technology related capabilities are provided as a service by using the advanced technologies in the internet in order to multiple the external customers. It is characterized by self service interfaces through which they would be able to use these resources as well as they would be able to get rid of them at any time when these customers feel that they are no longer needed. It is a great approach through which the information technology services are helping the increasing the horse power of the server. They are also helping the technologies that are slowly in to virtualization that are coupling many servers into a large computing tools. Customers could use the service of the public clouds where the individual could tap into a network connection and a credit card. These kinds of services are self service portal. On the other hand a private cloud are also just like public clouds but the difference is that they are combined together with a huge quantites of information technology infrastructure (Mlladen 2008).
