Description
Financial accounting is the core reporting framework of the performance of the organization in the form of its financial statements. It helps the major stakeholders of the organization to make sound and relevant decisions. It is the duty of the managers and accountants to provide correct information and that of the auditors to verify such statements to check its accuracy and authenticity. Hence, they are expected to deliver services in an ethically sound manner. Abiding by accounting concepts and accounting ethics is not legal binding but they enforce better stability and commitment towards the users of financial statements of such an organization.
