Description
All organizations and industries require different types of resources for being successful in the business. For having a successful business establishment in the market they are employing different types of strategies in their organizations. The idea of a high-performance work system (HPWS) constitutes an assert that there is a system of work practices for the core employees and workers of an organization that hold the potential of leads them in a way that they can achieve advanced performance and superior professional behavior. This study cut up this fuzzy notion and examines its companion terminology through analyzing three of the major assets of this approach which includes employment security, self management and employee involvement in the organizational tasks. High-involvement work systems and high-commitment management would also be discussed here in the study through taking the case of Kempinski hotel of Oman. This entries study talks about the model of HPWs and how their implementation can be beneficial for an organization and this would be done through considering the case of Kempinski hotel. High Performance Working Systems endeavors helps organization and leader to form an environment where employees holds greater roles and responsibilities towards the organization because it holds a combination of specific HR practices, work, structure and process which helps organizations in maximizing workers knowledge, skills, capabilities, and flexibility. Along with discussing about these factors, this report would demonstrate why HPW has been one of the concepts and a mean of bringing an uprising in the approach of employers while dealing with their employees
