Description
Complexity in projects refer to unusual degree of unpredictability and uncertainty (Bosch-Rekveldt et al. 2011). Complexity in the project can arise due to any project element within the project management process such as organization, information, technology, environment, systems and decision making (Williams 2017). Complexity in projects can directly influence the project performance as it arises to several issues in various areas of the project (Castejon-Limas et al. 2011). This report discusses project complexity, categories and measurement of complexity in project and analyzes impact of complexity on successful delivery of projects.
