Introduction
Here when writing the introduction remember that you are employed in a human resource role in an organisation. (YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE).
Introduction is like a guidebook to your whole assignment. You can include following:
Introduce the background of the report (about Job analysis), current problem of the organisation (how job analysis is being conducted) and motivation for writing the report.
Provide a brief summary of previous scientific work (from Journal articles you need to collect related information for job analysis).
Outline the purpose and specific objectives of the report.

Conclusion –
Summarize each of your points in the order in which you have presented them.
State your main conclusions based upon the evidence you have presented (what are the three management issues in job analysis) and
How you would address these issues (briefly identify)
Link your conclusions back to the title. (As a whole you can write the importance of an effective job analysis process).
