- Scenario:
"The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Oman" gives high importance to public awareness with regard to the dynamic nature of telecommunication sector in the sultanate. New mobile companies are introducing their products in the telecommunication sector and the existing ones are busy in developing new softwares, apps, and latest versions to keep their edge over their competitors. This has made the job of customers to take their purchasing decision more difficult.
TRA believes that access to the basic information regarding price, quality, efficiency, etc., of various mobiles is a fundamental right of every citizen. The authority is engaged in a project and endeavours to collect data to compare and contrast the features of three big brands of mobile phones (Apple, Samsung, and HTC). The purpose of this project is to give detailed information regarding almost all the aspects of mobile phones to customers in order to assist them in their purchasing decision.
